Schedule Sabha
Admin schedules a Niwasi Sabha. App auto-generates the next meeting. Date and venue are announced to all residents.

Add Agenda
Residents submit agenda items before the meeting. Other residents vote to prioritise which issues get discussed first.

Conduct Sabha
Residents attend the Sabha. Mark attendance in the app. Agenda items are discussed and proposals are put to vote.

Record Decisions
Collective decisions are recorded. Proposals with majority votes become decisions tracked for follow-up action.
Urgent Niwasi Sabha: Residents can request an urgent meeting. Other residents vote to decide if the urgent meeting should be conducted. This ensures community control over emergency gatherings.
